I couldn't really understand what they meant in the terms and conditions on the website so I was wondering if anyone could help me! If i was to book a flight to Ontario, would I be able to exchange this for one to New York if i changed my mind? I would want to travel the same day and wouldn't mind paying a charge although nothing above $100. I think the flights from London to Ontario are more expensive than those from London to New york. Any advice would be great!

well well it all depends on your ticket class the minimum is probably $50 the most ive ever seen is $250 as a change fee. and that depends if there is availibility in that class on the other flight. I do this kinda stuff for Delta air lines so know a wee bit about it.
yep, decide where you want to go well ahead of time, it is a real hassle and expensive to change
