Has anyone changed their mind about Senator Obama?

Just wondering if anyone has changed their mind about voting for Obama. I'm very disappointed in his vote to support wiretapping and he's been changing his mind on a lot of things lately. I though he was going to bring about %26quot;change%26quot; but even in his campaign he's using the same tactics as any other candidate. I'd like to know what you think?
Has anyone changed their mind about Senator Obama?
yep... he is even worse than I first thought..

raise income taxes..

raise gas taxes..

give money to the poor.
Has anyone changed their mind about Senator Obama?
He is losing support by the droves as people find out more about him. No one wants a serial liar for a President.
I thought he was refreshing and well spoken.

Now I just think he's radical, racist and a typical hypocritical lib.
I have. Originally, I thought he was just an inexperienced guy with media backing and a following of inexperienced voters. I've since come to think he is a hardcore socialist.

fs
Nope
Me neither

McCain 08
No, I am still NOT voting for him.
Nope--I saw him for the liar he is from day one..he will do and say anything..it only depends on who his audience is as to what he says. He is a politician..plain and simple--his own %26quot;mentor%26quot; %26quot;like an uncle%26quot; pastor said the exact same thing.
Yes... I used to think he was a liberal...but that was in the primaries.

Now I think he is a conservative...but it's only the general election.

I wonder who he will be next.
He's doing a great deal of flip flopping lately and that's not good. I think his inexperience is showing and that doesn't make for a good prez.
I haven't. I still don't trust him.

Hell no! I think people already have their minds made up who they are going to vote for. I think people who have defecting from Obama are easily swayed. They will fall for anything and I will willing to stand for something. The GOP and Fox News are doing a good job using fear and hate so people will not vote for Senator Obama. Barack Obama is a scary black man! After eight years of lost jobs and lower wages, we need change. After eight years of incompetence, negligence and failure, we need change.

Go Obama!
I have. He reminds of a leopard who keeps changing his spots. He's too inconsistent for me..... no way I'd vote for him now...........
He is more under the microscope. But boy does he love to give speeches and he almost always gets an A plus for them. Content or no content that man can talk. I will reluctantly be voting for McCain but who knows who the VP choices will be.
I changed my mind about him and about a party who would desert the person who was the leader and who had the experience... all in the name of fear.
nope not at all.

I quit watching the news and reading the papers about all this flip flop stuff about either candidate...I'm sick of it. Give both the guys a break, they're running for president and nothing they say or do is going to please everyone. i give them both a lot of credit for even running when people are more interested in watching you fck up than what kind of actual ideas and solutions you have.
I'm afraid that I have. I'll most likely be voting for McCain because of this %26quot;small government%26quot; policy. Obama's health care policies scare me.
Yes! I was considering him at first...I saw, heard and read enough to seriously %26quot;wise up%26quot;, and I am not alone!

Time magazine, July 21, 2008 (subscribers get it early), page 40: %26quot;Caught in the Middle. Why Obama's centrist shift is turning off his truest believers....%26quot;!

Great article, great to see other people are finally figuring him out!

Peace! (good question, hope you stay the course).... :-)

Edit to %26quot;Faheem%26quot;: I hate to be the one to tell you that you're %26quot;wrong%26quot;, so just read the other answers...maybe you mean you and your friends WON'T change your minds...which is truly sad... :-(
I was enthralled by both his books. I recommend both books highly to learn the character of this man and his depth of life experiences. I'm so glad you did not use the flip flopping word because as he learns more about the job, he undoubtedly will get, he has had to refine and redefine his positions. He needs to stay flexible. Tweaking and fine tuning is absolutely necessary. Things change so fast. Wiretapping is not for ordinary Americans. It is to protect us from terrorists who would bring us harm. It has taken a while for me to decide if he would be best for our country and my decision is yes. We cannot have more Republicans in office now. And I voted Republican more often than not. We need to trust the man we choose and I do trust him. Read his books.
Most of the people here weren't for Obama to begin with. I have been an Obama supporter since he announced his candidacy, and I still am. I may not like some of his decisions, but I trust him a lot more than I would ever trust McCain. He's done his own flip-flopping on much more critical and controversial issues.
Nope, not at all.

VOTE OBAMA 2008.
Nope.

President Obama all the way.
NO i dont agree with those votes but no more of McSame. If he must make a bad vote to get elected and end bush's war and recession it must be
YES I HAVE, INSTEAD OF JUST SERVING 1 TERM IT SHOULD BE 4 TERMS OK!!!!! OBAMA '08!!! THEN OBAMA 12!!! THEN OBAMA '16!!!!!! THEN MAYBE EVEN '20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm for him stronger than ever. It comes down to this. Obama wins, Dems control 2/3rds of Congress, 2 to 3 liberal Supreme Court Justices are nominated and confirmed to lifetime positions.

If I vote for McCain, the same right wing extremists will control the White House, and our country will continue it's decline that began when the Republicans took over.

It is beyond me how any Hillary supported could vote for McCain.
You know, I haven't. I think he's the best choice for president this election. I've researched both candidtates, watched many, many speeches and read both of their websites from start to finish. I've also read Obama's books and I have to say....I don't think you can trust McCain as far as we can throw him. The man is a snake. Plus, he's out of touch with everything that young or even middle age people go through. He has no damn clue. Obama gets it. He knows and he knows that it needs to change.
THE MORE PEOPLE GET TO HEAR HIS CONTINUAL MORPH FROM A TOTAL DIFFERENT POLITICIAN ----INTO---THE SAME OLD B.S. THAT ALL HIS COMPETITORS SAID MONTHS AGO ----THEY SEE HIM FOR WHAT HE IS A PANDERING LIRE THAT WILL SAY ANYTHING TO TODAY'S CROWD -----AND TOMORROW BE DIFFERENT TO THAT CROWD ------LIKE ----WITHDRAW TROUPES INSTANTLY - TO - IN 16 MONTHS - TO - AS THE GENERALS SAY - TO - AFTER A TRIP OVER-THERE TO PUT IT IN PERCEPTIVE . THE LIST GOES ON AND ON ----ON EVERYTHING HE HAS SAID -----IT WILL %26quot; CHANGE %26quot;
I have learned not to judge one thing without understanding the whole story %26amp; I don't know what it is all about. I trust his ability to make good decisions %26amp; I will not change my mind every time I don't understand something. He has the best intentions %26amp; I really life him so I will not change my vote unless I hear his mother was an oil heiress he needed his family to get him through school he practically failed out he is married to a women who makes money from the sale of a mind altering chemical substance. He crashed 5 planes. Lied about what he did for 5 years of his life %26amp; won't let the records be shown.OMG, nothing is going to make me change my mind.
