What is the law on changing your mind within three days after purchasing a vehicle?

there are several exceptions to the %26quot;3 day%26quot; rule. Cars are one of them. Partly because once a car is registered it is now considered USED and cannot be sold a new. That is a HUGE financial hit.

Unless your car is a lemon (and you get your money back under the lemon law, if your state has it) you are stuck.

Try to enjoy it.

There Is Not One

But People Said There Was A 75 Hour Law But The Government Answered It Was All A Skam

It depends on what state you live in. Contact your State's Attorney's office and ask them...
usually there is a cooling off period(anywhere from 24 hrs to 5 days) when making car purchases, read your contract or ask the dealer
Why does this question get asked once a day?
There is no law that applies to car sales. The %26quot;three day right of recission%26quot; law you are thinking of only applies to in-home sales, eg: vacuum cleaners, aluminum siding, etc.

Car sales are final. The new car you bought this morning is now a used car and it's already lost about 15% of it's value.
