there are several exceptions to the %26quot;3 day%26quot; rule. Cars are one of them. Partly because once a car is registered it is now considered USED and cannot be sold a new. That is a HUGE financial hit.
Unless your car is a lemon (and you get your money back under the lemon law, if your state has it) you are stuck.

Why does this question get asked once a day?
There is no law that applies to car sales. The %26quot;three day right of recission%26quot; law you are thinking of only applies to in-home sales, eg: vacuum cleaners, aluminum siding, etc.
Car sales are final. The new car you bought this morning is now a used car and it's already lost about 15% of it's value.
