Can a perfect and all knowing being change his mind?

If God knows all and is perfect-can he actually change his mind as a result of a person's prayer? Changing your mind is not something you do when you know that your plan is flawless. So why would God change his mind at our request? Didn't the Bible say not to test God-as this would make him serve us? Omniscience, Omnipotence and Perfection are all possible together-but would a being who possessed all three-as God is said to possess-have any reason to change his mind?

Was the plan perfect if you feel the need to change it?
Can a perfect and all knowing being change his mind?
Yes he can.

One example of where he changed his mind is at Genesis 18:20-33

This was a discussion between Abraham %26amp; Jehovah.

This account shows that Jehovah is reasonable %26amp; has humility too.

If you came to know his qualities you would realise this.

Not only is Jehovah willing to listen to his intelligent creatures but he is also willing to yield when there is no conflict with righteous principles. He is also adaptable

(btw - He did make the earth %26amp; mankind perfect. It is only through what Adam did that we are now suffering the bad consequences. The answers are all there in your bible)
Can a perfect and all knowing being change his mind?
He also knows the limits of what one can handle at any given time.
Its like a labyrinth, you can turn right or left to seek the right path or the right choice (exit).

But still GOD knows it from the entry point to the exit point for HE alone created it !
think of things in levels ...

on a world / macro level, God has a master plan. No alteration. John the apostle has been given revelation to record the future to the end.

on an individual / micro level, plans can definitely be altered. we can change our destiny from good to bad or vice versa.

a sinner bound for hell ... accepts Christ, repents, turns over a new leaf ... won't the sun shine in his life, you think. Of course, it would.

does this prove that God change His mind? No. This is not about God changing His mind. It is rather about God giving people second-chances to get to heaven.
You are a bit confuse about DESTINY a guess, God can change if you also decide to change (why are given free will?). Regards to answering request, God knows what is best for you. He can fulfill your request of withhold it for your own good or in order to test your faith towards HIM.
that's impossible since the perfect and all knowing being has created his perfect mind and perfect existence

the only thing that forgot to make perfect it his GOD DAMN world

but a perfect world would be boring , right ?

so it was a perfect decision not to make a perfect world
