Umm okay so my boyfriend's mom basically told him if he doesn't take a paternity test on our daughter we can't live there... so he signed the papers and now we have court this month... but we've moved out and now we don't want to go through having to take it cause we don't have the f*cking money for it. How can we cancel it or should we just not show up?

Do the paternity test! I know you think you can't afford it but this is very important. This way, there will be no doubt in anyone's eyes. Borrow the money if you have to, or pawn something, but please get the paternity test done.

Well if there is a question of paternity I would take it. If you didn't have the money why would you agree to it in the first place.
Secondly, if you have a kid, why the hell are you still living with your parent? If your having kids, you shouldn't be living with your parents.

I would have to say that if you have a question as in who the father is that you should go through with it. If you agree to it then stick to your word and do it. If you pull out now then trust me the question as to the truth will never be settled. Be honest, if not for your self then for you child.
