Im not sure about the laws in your country you have a grace period to back out of purchases but you do loose your deposit. I would call the chamber of commerce and or consumer affairs if you have on there and ask them. You may be better off buying it and if you don't want it selling it your self unfortunately. good luck

If it's already registered to you, chances are you're obligated under the contract you signed. Read your contract carefully, It may have a 30 day withdrawal clause under your countrys' consumer laws. If not, check with a lawyer (a lot advertise free introductory meetings) to see what consumer protection laws apply in your country.

Easiest and best bet : Tell the salesperson you got it from that you've changed your mind, can they reverse the registration ?, and then tell them they can have part of your 100 for their troubles. (If they're on commission which they likely are).

You may be obligated to buy it, and pay the rest. At which point all you can do is sell it and. hopefully. not take a big loss in the process.
you should have a cool down period of somesort, read any small print on a receipt or contract. you could phone up and say circumstances have changed and you no longer have funds for the bike, hopefully the most you should lose is your 拢100 quid.
If you paid a deposit and back out you will lose your deposit at least. You may lose more than that because as the bike has been registered in your name it cannot be sold as a new bike to another customer causing an even greater loss to the dealer.
If you still wanted it, would the seller be bound to deliver it? If the seller is bound by the contract, then in all likelihood you are as well.
