How do I deal with a partner who keeps changing his mind about previous decisions?

I work in a company (direct sales) with a partner. We split everything we do. He makes decisions about practices or people in the company--like team calls, wasting time with other people, etc. to not continue those practices. Then a month or two goes by and he changes his mind, and decides to go back to the calls that were time wasters before, or practices we had decided were a waste of time and money, such as buying leads from a particular company. I have a difficult time with this, as I believe it is also a waste of time to revisit a decision you have already made. We had a huge disagreement about this tonight, and it is affecting both our business and personal relationship. How do I deal with his decisions about changing his mind so often?|||You need to document EVERYTHING you do to have a paper trail to support your decision|||You both need to be on commission.

If he wants to waste time going back on forth with his clients, great. Meanwhile, you go make your own sales and don%26#039;t worry so much about his loss of the bread. Let him do his thing until he sees you raking in the $$$ and he will likely follow suit, increasing your business as well.
