Well this depends on the person, Me and my hubby both said we would never get married again (both divorced) and my ex hubby us to tell me he was never getting married and did not want kids. He is now married for his 2nd time and just had his 5th child.

This is a choice that many people make within life. Not every man or woman desires to have a wife/husband and or children. Move on and stop wasting your time. Find someone with the same values and ideas of a relationship as you. No he is not going to change his mind he already told you what his desires and aspirations for his life are. Move on!
I am sure his mind could change. It just depends on the situation and the person. I wish I could give you better advice than that but I don't have enough info.
