1.) Explain to him your concern.
2.) Tell him that he really needs to change his mind-set.
3.) Get fired.
As an employee , steps in changing the mind-set of my manager ?
He's the manager. You should evaluate the problem and if he manages other people, do they share the same problem?
If you are superior to the manager, tell him your concerns. If not, ask yourself why do you want to change someone's mind set. It does sound arrogant.
