Im 22. I have always been independent but I like the Adult Industry- i plan to fix my credit and buy real estate in the next 3 years (25), with the cash I make. Also I feel I should get a degree, - contrary to that I DO NOT feel a degree makes a peron. I have been battling this for years, What do you think It is. Please be honest?
Why do feel unfulfilled? I keep enrolling in school and changing my mind, and not following through.?
Well, I don't know what others said about this, but it sounds like to me that you want something and your mind is telling you that you are too good for a degree in something. Well this is a false idea your mind is telling you.
A degree is just a piece of paper signed by the college to let you know you were taught something. But a degree is more than that it is a signature of all the knowledge you learned over those years in that college. There is so much about things that you do not know, that if you did try to go into real estate with it, you would surely drown in it. Real estate is a very hard business, esp now a days with the drops in mortgages and the prices of housing going up and up.
There are certain regulations and laws that also needed to be filled when in real estate. I know you may thing you know all of the things that you want to do, but there is no reason why you shouldn't study it to make sure you know everything. Don't worry about the piece of paper they will hand you, think about the knowledge that they are giving you.

helo. u need to focus on one thing u really want. but first is, know what u want. be contented of things you have now. about getting a degree, i think its important . but again, make up your mind what you really want and your interest.
Your confusion is normal but first and foremost, remember, nothing empowers you more than a good education. A good education (degree seeking) puts you in a whole different category in life. It opens your mind and provides more opportunity. This time in you life is the most productive years, don't let getting a good education pass you by. If you go off and do any ventures, real estate or otherwise, a good education gives you more credibility. In today's competitive society, a good education gives you a better footing and more confidence. The choice is ultimately yours. Best to you.
